Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information MIRA handles, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors, customers, sales teams, partners, brokers, and buyers.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to MIRA websites, demo requests, interactive catalogues, customer workspaces, shared property links, and related support communications. MIRA is a Metas product. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “MIRA” refer to the team operating the service.
Information we may collect
We may collect contact and professional details such as name, company, role, work email, phone number, and demo interests; account and access information; project, property, inventory, media, and listing content; buyer enquiries and stated requirements; shared-link and catalogue activity; support communications; and technical data such as device, browser, approximate location, IP address, logs, and preference settings.
How we use information
Information is used to provide and secure MIRA, configure customer workspaces, display authorized property content, respond to enquiries, support sales follow-up, improve product performance, diagnose problems, deliver contracted services, communicate operational or commercial updates, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Where marketing communication is used, recipients can request to stop receiving it.
Customer data and privacy roles
For buyer, lead, employee, broker, and property data uploaded by a customer, that customer generally decides why and how the information is used and acts as the data controller or equivalent responsible party. MIRA processes that information to provide the service, subject to customer instructions and the applicable agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing required notices, permissions, and lawful bases before uploading or sharing personal information through MIRA.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with authorized customer users; participating developers, brokers, or partners where access is intentionally granted; trusted hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communication, CRM, booking, and support providers; professional advisors; or authorities where required by law. Providers receive only the access needed to perform their services.
Information may be processed in countries other than the user’s location. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual requirements, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Retention periods depend on the information type, customer agreement, and account status.
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, including role-based access, controlled environments, and operational monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Requests relating to information controlled by a MIRA customer may need to be handled by that customer. We may verify identity before completing a request.
You can also manage communication preferences and ask questions about how information is handled.
Children, updates, and contact
MIRA is intended for professional real-estate use and is not directed to children. We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes and will revise the date shown above.
Privacy enquiries and requests can be sent to hello@miraa.space.
Customer-specific processing, security, retention, and transfer commitments may also be defined in a signed service agreement or data-processing addendum.
